    delicous

These were very yummy, I mixed some blueberries and maple syrup in mine and was just what I needed when I was craving some bread that was sweet.

    Held Together Nicely

I hate working with tigernut flour, so I went into this with low expectations, but the muffins held together beautifully and tasted good! I am going to order this more often for sure.

    Ehh

They were fine, once I added fruit spread on top. A bit grainy and bland. Won't purchase it again, too expensive. It's easier to make my own.

    Aipeazy muffin mix

Not bad for gluten free. Very grainy and dry. Taste is fine. I added blueberries and mix definitely needed it. I would buy again and try other fruit additions.

    Not good

I see all the great reviews, but this did not work for me. The batter was crumbly, so I added a bit more liquid, but not much improvement. I went ahead and baked and muffins never looked like muffins. Very disappointed since this isn’t cheap. Yes, I followed the recipe exactly.

    Versatile!

This is a tasty and quick treat. Have also tried a couple of the suggested variations on the bag and am definitely going to use this for our new AIP compliant "cornbread" for celebrating the new year with greens. Already looking forward to that!

    AIPeazy Muffin Mix

So good! AIP baking can be tricky and I love having a mix that I can whip up. I added blueberries and cinnamon, they were delicious!

    Great Muffins

These were surprisingly good. I added the blueberries to them. It said to add maple syrup, but I forgot and they were plenty sweet without it. I would suggest filling the muffin tin 3/4 of the way to make bigger muffins. I ended up having to make 2 batches because I didn't put enough mix in there, but they were delicious just the same.
