Those in the contiguous United States are eligible for free shipping over $49 of product purchases. Under $49 will result in a flat shipping rate of $9.95. We ship orders out same day whenever humanly possible, and next day when getting a shipment to the carrier would no longer be feasible.
We ship USPS, using their 2-3 day shipping option.
For those in Alaska and Hawaii or in the military overseas, the shipping charge starts at $12.95 and will be calculated by weight at checkout.
Shipping fee starts at $35 for the first 7 lbs. The fee increases by $3 per each additional pound. Once the shipping fee meets our maximum fee of $60 the price will not increase thereafter. Some products have a "Shipping Weight" in addition to the the product weights. This is the weight that is used when calculating your shipments. The weights are in ounces, so for your quick reference, 7 pounds equals 112 oz.
US Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We work hard to prevent breakage during shipments. Unfortunately, there is not a way to 100% eradicate the risk. If you find an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us so that we may send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Canadian Return Policy
We wish we could be as generous with our return policy with our Canadian customers as we are with our US ones, but the shipping is currently cost prohibitive. During our months of beta testing shipments to Canada, our customers did not experience a single broken item. However, I know that eventually our luck will run out and a box, for whatever reason, will experience damage. If you happen to be on the unlucky receiving end of such an incident we will promptly return your funds or issue a store credit, whichever you prefer.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US OR CANADA
We would LOVE to serve the entire worldwide AIP community. We are working diligently to make the company a big enough success at home so that we are capable to moving out into other parts of the world. At this time, the shipping costs from the US to other countries are too steep for any of our customers to be willing and able to pay. For example, I'd estimate that the minimum shipping charge to Europe would start around $60 for a 7 lb shipment. So far, I haven't had anyone willing to pay $60-$150 for a relatively small amount of AIP products.
If you are unfazed by high shipping costs, I'd be happy to speak to you to see if we can open up our system to accept your country and you can become the first beta tester for your country (this is how it was done for Canada). Even if you aren't - we love hearing from our International community and if you drop me a line to let me know where you live, it will help determine future ShopAIP locations.
