    Okay replacement

I am thankful that coconut aminos do exist. I usually buy a specific brand and a specific store. With long lines especially at holidays it isnt worth waiting so long to shop there. I went ahead and bought this brand and am not thrilled with it. It is salty and vinegary which I dislike both. A good alternative for those that need it. Braggs usually is a powerhouse for flavor and quality. Not certain if I will buy this brand a again. Apple cider vinegar does make me vomit so I tend to stay away from things made with it.

    Braggs Coconut Aminos

Maybe the fault is mine. I had assumed that the ingredients to all brands of coconut aminos were the same. I am attempting to try all brands, however Braggs is my least favorite for flavoring meat, or to use as a sauce. Maybe it’s better for salads? It definitely taste different than other brands and the reason why is because Braggs added apple cider vinegar, which in my opinion completely changes the flavor. Honestly I thought I received a bad batch, but after reading the ingredient list everything made sense.

    Recommend for Soy Sauce Replacement

This tastes a bit weird on its own but is really good on meat or veggies. I really like it as a soy sauce replacement but it has a lot of salt, so watch out for that.
