    Wonderful

    While on an AIP diet I struggled to find something compliant for breakfast. Eating a salmon steak was more than I could take. While I was also watching carbs this was a nice treat. I cut up and apple and added to the muffins it increased baking time but was wonderful. I did not add icing. I tried it with the chocolate muffins and frankly it was disgusting. The primary ingredient is palm shortening which is similar to taking a big spoon and shoveling in a mouth full of Crisco, no thanks.

    FANTASTIC

    I've been doing AIP for two months, and these are the first baked good/dessert-type thing that I have legit enjoyed!! Absolutely worth the price. I'm saying this as an experienced baker; I have tons of baking experience, some of it professional. I assumed I'd have no trouble baking my own AIP treats when I got started. But every recipe I tried-- all rated as "fan favorites," "best of," etc.-- ranged from tolerable to terrible. It was suuuper depressing, and one of the hardest aspects of sticking to AIP. So I finally decided to swallow my baker's pride and try a pre-packaged mix for cake/cupcakes. THESE ARE SO GOOD AND WILL MAKE YOU SO HAPPY!!! Moist, good texture and consistency, sweet; not grainy or mealy at all. And of course extremely easy to prepare since it's from a mix. I haven't tried any other flavors yet, they aren't always available-- but I'm sure they're all on the same level of quality. If your sweet tooth is sad, you will NOT regret this purchase. I promise!

    Delightful

    I am still amazed at the great texture and flavor of this cake! We will definitely purchase this again! Can't wait to try more of their flavors.

    Convenient deliciousness

    It’s so rare to be able to find something that is convenient and delicious when following AIP. This mix meets that criteria and more! We’ve made it twice as cupcakes and frosted them with Miss Jones cream cheese frosting. So yummy and easy!!
