Super good!

Yes, It is very very good, although for me carob has a weird back taste. And for me carob will never be a replacement for chocolate or cocoa. But this product is super good and thought there are no 1/2 points, it would 4.5 for me. I messed on the ingredients to make the frosting, so what I did was coconut yogurt and fruit and broke up the cup cake version on top. Made a nice dessert. Thank you for this product!

Worth trying

They would be best if I could have coffee with them. They are fluffy and fall apart easily like a moist cake, the only downside is that they feel a tiny bit sandy. And I'm glad I don't really taste the carob flavor

Eat Gangster - dark chocolate fudge cake

I make 6 mini cakes with this mix. I ate one right away, refrigerated one and froze the rest. I microwaved the cold/frozen ones for 30 seconds before eating. These were amazing!!! And very easy to make as well.
