WARNING - THESE COOKIES WILL CRUMBLE!  PLEASE READ.

Due to the lack of fillers and preservatives - these delicious cookies do tend to crumble in transit.  Warmer, summer months exacerbate this issue.  We recommend re-freezing upon arrival and you can even try to re-form if the crumbling has been excessive before putting back into the freezer.  We promise that no matter what you do, the delicious taste is NOT compromised.  Please, if crumbling is unacceptable to you, please refrain from purchase as we cannot issue refunds for this known issue.  We do hope you'll give them a try though, we have been amazed at the flavor despite not having all the yucky ingredients of a typical cookie.

    My favorite flavor

This is my fault AIP flavor of Jacks paleo cookies. The added sweetness of the raisins is just perfect. Soft and chewy. Yum.

    Sorta Hit the Spot

These are pretty tasty & pretty gingery. The texture isn't so much a cookie, but still good.

    Amazing flavor and texture!!!

These cookies are my favorite! They taste so much like a real oatmeal raisin cookie! I keep mine in the fridge for a more chewy texture.

    Great Cookie Option for AIP

First, I was pleasantly surprised the cookies arrived totally intact (after all the warnings they could be a crumbled mess). What I like most about these is the ingredients. It's difficult to find cookies that don't contain grains or tree nuts. So what about taste and texture? Overall they taste good like a cookie should. They are sweet with a good amount of raisins. The texture is soft and they do crumble easily. Obviously these are made with coconut flour and coconut flakes so If you are not fond of coconut, you won't like them. For me the flavor was good, but I would have preferred to leave out the coconut flakes. This may not have been possible in order to get the consistency they needed. Overall I liked these and they didn't last long. I might order them again (although they are pricey) when I need an AIP cookie fix.

    These cookies are yummy!

I am very limited in my snacking options. I tried the Jack's ginger cookies and they were good but these are so off the charts I practically inhaled them. They also came mostly intact.
