WARNING - THESE COOKIES WILL CRUMBLE!  PLEASE READ.

Due to the lack of fillers and preservatives - these delicious cookies do tend to crumble in transit.  Warmer, summer months exacerbate this issue.  We recommend re-freezing upon arrival and you can even try to re-form if the crumbling has been excessive before putting back into the freezer.  We promise that no matter what you do, the delicious taste is NOT compromised.  Please, if crumbling is unacceptable to you, please refrain from purchase as we cannot issue refunds for this known issue.  We do hope you'll give them a try though, we have been amazed at the flavor despite not having all the yucky ingredients of a typical cookie.

    They didn't crumble!

There were so many warnings about crumbling, but they were all intact. The cookies are very soft, almost cakey and definitely ginger molasses. The only thing I didn't like was the texture was more grainy or something than regular cookies. But - to have a cookie during AIP, even if it's close, was so nice.

    Great aip cookie

I loved ginger snaps prior to starting this diet. This cookie definitely satisfies my craving for ginger snaps. Great flavor.

    More delicious than I expected

Before I could buy these, I definitely had to acknowledge that I understood they'd probably show up in crumbs. Actually, most of the cookies arrived whole, and a few split into 2 or 3 large chunks--not crumbs, which would've been harder to deal with. These were really fine. But the headline is that they taste delicious.

    So yummy!

I had low expectations but these were delicious. Yes, they are a bit crumbly, but who cares, they are so good. Almost too good. Hard to stop at one...

    Would recommend!

I was a bit worried about these cookies falling apart since I ordered them in the middle of summer and had no issues with the texture. I just keep them in the fridge. They have a great taste and my husband will crumble a few cookies to go on top of compliant yogurt as a special dessert treat.
