    One of my go-to favorites

    Since we place such an emphasis on nutrient density with AIP, I always make sure to have several flavors of Sea Snax on hand to get in some sea vegetables and the associated minerals. I like that they're made with olive oil (which is hard to find--most seaweed snacks are made with industrial seed oils). And the lime flavor is perfectly tangy and salty, to satisfy my craving for crunchy, salty things. They're very few calories, but I always feel like they take the edge off my hunger.

    crunch and savory

    These lime sea snax are great for when you have a 'salty, crunchy' craving. The lime flavor adds just the right amount of tang as well. Love that I'm able to get into my diet some of the micronutrients only found in sea vegetables.
