Our Beef & Mushroom Soup starts with grass-fed beef, mushrooms, carrots and onions in a rich chicken bone broth. Then we add the blended cauliflower and seasonings to pull it all together.  It's just the good stuff without artificial flavors, noodles or starch extracts found in most soups.  This is a ready-to-eat soup you can keep on hand for any time!

    Amazing soup

This soup is fantastic. It's already salted perfectly so you don't want to add additional. Perfect packing- makes perfect amount for 1 person.

    Pleasantly surprised

Found it to be better then expected. Following an AIP diet can be tough and products like this make it a lot easier. My wife that isn’t on an AIP diet enjoyed one with me. Definite reorder!

    not bad

The flavor is nice, and the portion size is good, but I was expecting more meat. The nutrition label says it has 31 grams of protein, but that must be mostly from the bone broth and gelatin, as there wasn't much beef (which was ground). Lots of carrots. Overall, not bad, but too expensive.
