True Primal Roasted Chicken Soup is just the good stuff, with 26 grams of protein per pouch. We pack as much real food as we can into each pouch, so it's loaded with chicken and veggies. We also add extra beef gelatin to the broth, both for the nutritional value and to enhance the feel of the soup. Gelatin contains collagen, which is one of the materials that make up cartilage and bone. Gelatin is also a rich source of the amino acid glycine, important to many metabolic and healing pathways in the human body.

    True Primal soup

Initially , I thought good, but it is all carrots and lots of chicken and a ton of sodium. i'll make my own soups.

    True Primal Roasted Chicken soup

The soup was generally flavorful, but the chicken bits were not that good. I’m ok to have it again but won’t mind if can’t have it again either.

The taste if this soup was really bad. Would not order it.

Why is AIP soup so hard?

The chicken, carrots, celery, and seasonings were good but the onion content was overpowering. I also smelled and tasted a chemical essence in each bite which may have been imparted from the packaging. If this could be canned using about 1/4 of the onions, I would be excited to try it again.

    Perfect for travel

This soup is great! I like to get a couple of these for travel, or when I'm at family's homes. Quick and easy, and very filling.
