    Best so far

I really miss pasta and most GF options are made from grains or legumes. So I was so excited to find this one! While it is not perfect (thus the 4 * rating) it is definitely a staple now in my pantry. The noodles are very small and the color a little murky but if you follow the cooking directions carefully so they don't stick together or overcook, it is a reasonable facsimile of pasta. It doesn't have a strong taste so it will work in most any dish to take on the flavor. It's rather expensive but I'm thrilled to have pasta I can eat so I don't mind the extra cost.

    Sweet Potato Pasta

I absolutely love this! It's even better than conventional pasta in my opinion!

    So good!

This product changed my life! I already accepted the fact that I would no longer be able to have pasta, and I was okay with that. When I stumbled upon this, I was skeptical. It is so good!! Just a little bit sweeter than a regular pasta, but you still get all of the pasta goodness without having to worry about a flair.

    Just like regular pasta!

After boiling I sautéed these in olive oil, garlic, and lemon. Delicious! This tasted to me just one regular pasta! Some pieces did stick together a bit after cooking but that could be because I lost my pasta technique after years of not having it (I think I should have rinsed in cold water?). Anyway, very good product and will buy again! Now if I can only figure out how to make cheese sauce for a Mac n cheese substitute...
