Ingredients: Organic Tigernut Flour, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Maple Syrup, Organic Palm Shortening, Vanilla Extract (Water-Based), Baking Soda, Himalayan Pink Salt View full description

These amazing super-cookies are 100% AIP, Paleo & Vegan compliant. No gluten, nuts, dairy, grains, soy or GMOs! The slightly nutty and delicately sweet flavor will satisfy any sweet tooth for a healthy dessert or midday snack. Tigernuts are an ancient, all-natural ROOT VEGETABLE...not a nut!  Tigernuts are tubers, like a sweet potato (but smaller). Our Paleo ancestors in neolithic Egypt relied heavily upon this super-root in their diet. They pack a nutrient-dense punch of antioxidants, prebiotic fiber, and abundant amounts of Iron and Vitamin E. The prebiotic fiber in Tigernuts helps to reduce blood sugar spikes and improves cardiovascular health by lowering LDL (bad cholesterol) levels. Moreover, the high antioxidant levels can lower the risk of chronic inflammation by fighting free radicals. Whew, what can't these incredible little root vegetables do?!

    Delicious Cookies!!

I can't believe how good these are. Soft, chewy and perfectly sweet. Packaging is very protective for shipping and storage. My new favorite treat!

I loved these! So yummy!!! I hid them from my kids so they wouldn’t steal them. Lol. Will definitely order again.

    Nice flavor and texture

These had a great flavor and texture that begged to be dunked in AIP milk. They had almost a milky sweet flavor. My 5 year old thought they were yummy and he is a regular junk food eating kid. Try dunking these in some coconut milk. So good.
